City Transfer Turkey operates as an online booking platform that connects travelers with licensed, professionally vetted transfer providers across major Turkish cities and airports.
By visiting our website or making a booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements, and any continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
All prices shown at the time of booking are calculated based on the route, distance, and vehicle class you select, and are fixed and inclusive of tolls, fuel, and driver service unless clearly stated otherwise. No hidden fees are added after a booking is confirmed, and the amount you see at checkout is the amount you will be charged.
You can choose to view and pay in Euros, US Dollars, or Turkish Lira, and the selected currency is used for both the booking confirmation and any related communication. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from our team containing your booking reference, driver details, and pickup instructions.
If the pickup or drop-off address you provide differs significantly from the original request after the booking has been confirmed, we reserve the right to recalculate the price based on the corrected route before the transfer takes place.
You may request changes to your pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, or vehicle type at no additional charge, subject to driver and vehicle availability at the new time or location. Requests should be made as early as possible by contacting our support team with your booking reference so that we can confirm availability before your transfer.

All drivers working with City Transfer Turkey are professionally licensed, background-checked, and trained in safe driving practices and customer service. Vehicles used for transfers are regularly inspected, properly insured, and maintained to a high standard to ensure a safe and comfortable journey from start to finish.
Drivers are expected to arrive at the pickup location on time and to monitor your flight status where applicable so that pickup times are adjusted automatically for delays. If a vehicle or driver does not meet the standard you were promised at booking, please contact our support team immediately so that we can address the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight numbers, contact details, and pickup information at the time of booking. City Transfer Turkey and its transfer partners are not liable for delays, missed pickups, or additional charges that result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the passenger.
For airport pickups, drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled pickup time or after the flight lands, whichever is later, at no extra charge. For all other pickup locations, drivers will wait up to 15 minutes. Passengers are also responsible for declaring the correct number of passengers and luggage items at the time of booking, as this determines the vehicle assigned to the transfer.
City Transfer Turkey acts as a coordinator between passengers and independent, licensed transfer providers. While we carefully select and monitor our partners, our total liability for any single booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking, except where a higher liability is required by applicable law.
We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, adverse weather, road closures, strikes, or actions taken by airport or customs authorities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
